These Terms govern your use of dystric.com and purchases from DYSTRIC LIMITED (“we/us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & contract

Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll confirm receipt by email. A contract forms when we dispatch the items and send a dispatch confirmation.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time. Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment providers.

3. Shipping

Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk passes on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

4. Cancellations & returns

UK/EU consumers have a 14-day right to cancel most online purchases from the day after delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to return items and exclusions.

5. Faulty goods

If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us. We will repair, replace, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

6. Use of the Site

Do not misuse the Site or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by IP laws. You may not use our content without permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Maximum liability related to an order is limited to the price paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
