Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how to return items and obtain refunds.
1. Change-of-mind (Consumer Right to Cancel)
You can cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You must inform us within 14 days and return items within a further 14 days.

with your order number and items you’re returning.
Condition: goods must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories. You are responsible for return postage (we recommend tracked service). We may deduct for diminished value if handled beyond what is necessary to check the goods.
2. Exclusions
For hygiene/safety or because of their nature, some items cannot be returned unless faulty (e.g., perishable goods, personalised/custom items, opened software, downloadable digital items, items that become mixed inseparably with others).
3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos if possible. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights and any manufacturer warranty.
4. Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items or proof of return. Original outbound shipping may be non-refundable unless the whole order is cancelled under your statutory rights.
